Delivery Policy:

We aim to deliver all items ordered within 5 to 6 weeks from date ordered. We use external sources to produce bespoke items and have no control over the amount of time it takes to manufacture products.

Refund / Cancelation Policy:

Any Retainer paid to secure a wedding or portrait date is non-refundable. The agreed sum is to compensate Life Through a Lenz for lost bookings and other losses Life Through a Lenz may suffer. Once an order for a produce has been made, The order cannot be cancelled due to 3^rd parties ordering policy’s. If you have any issue with product quality or service, please raise any complaints by writing to Life through a Lenz within 28 days of receiving your product or service.
